Shahda Yoga is located in Bophut. Très bon cours avec des exercices et étirements que je n’avais jamais fait au Canada yoga koh samui. My wife and I took two great classes with Era! She is a wonderful instructor and really tailored the class to the attendees.

I’m a novice and my wife is more advanced and we both loved it. Thank you Era for the beautiful start of the day! I had the pleasure of having a private yoga session at Shahda Yoga that was a truly amazing experience. We did a lot of work with weighted blocks and really focused on the proper form for each pose. Era was so patient, friendly and welcoming. What an incredible teacher Era is!

I had the fortune of spending 3 whole weeks attending her classes. She is so personalised, professional, knowledgeable and really helped me work on areas that I needed. She is brilliant and I highly recommend you make a turn at her studio if you are ever in Koh Samui. My fiancé and I decided to check out this lovely studio on our last morning in Koh Samui and we are so glad we did! Excellent teacher , she knows how to guide you , she loves to share , if you want to learn, work and progress she is the teacher that you need ! The handstand lesson is fabulous try it . I stayed two days in Fisherman’s village and visited the 7:30 Era’s class!
